The terms and definitions gathered here are drawn from my books and articles. Some terms are specific to Timeline Jumping. Others are supportive concepts drawn from wider territory.
If you’re entirely new to this subject, some of what follows may feel mysterious. If you’re already familiar with these ideas, this glossary is a reference companion.
This glossary is a living document. Our vocabulary evolves alongside our expanding perception. New terms will be added as understanding deepens. It makes no claim to be conclusive.
Acceptance Restoring energetic balance by letting go of resistance.
Access Points Physical locations which are analogous to locations in the astral where it is easier to access Timelines. (See ‘Portals’, ‘Nodal Points’ and ‘Frequency Bridges’.)
Action A perceptual narrative used to explain changes in frequencies.
Adjacency Timelines Timelines that are very similar to the current one, differing only in minor details.
Agents Beings or programs running consciousness oppression sequences or energies.
Airplane / Airplane Travel A perceptual metaphor to explain Timeline Jumps.
Airlines Companies who create perceptual metaphors to explain Timeline Jumping.
Airport A perceptual metaphor for Nodal Points.
Akashic Records An astral database containing all knowledge, events, and experiences throughout time. (See also ‘Clairvoyance’.)
Alchemy The metaphysical process of transforming frequency from lower to higher. (See also ‘Transmuting’.)
Alignment A state of energetic harmony where thoughts, emotions, and actions are in resonance with a desired outcome or higher frequency. (See also ‘Coherence’.)
Allness The principle that there is no separation between the observer and the observed; everything is interconnected, forming a unified, indivisible whole. Infinity.
Alternate Timelines Timelines other than the Primary Timeline.
Amnesia A common side-effect of Timeline Jumps. Amnesia may manifest as memory loss, dissociation, or jamais vu.
Anchor A belief, Timeline Loop, ritual, energetic baseline or emotional set-point that keeps you in a Lower or stable Timeline. (See also ‘Hook’.)
Anchoring Grounding yourself in a chosen Timeline or reality through intentional actions, thoughts, or emotions.
Angels Higher Beings. Emanations (Angles) of Source.
Animism The idea that all elements of the environment possess a form of living spirit or consciousness.
Anomalous Action Actions that break routine or expectation, disrupting established energetic patterns.
Arrogance Believing oneself to be inherently superior. It masks insecurity and unworthiness and creates a barrier to receiving.
As Above So Below The Hermetic principle that Higher Timelines positively influence Lower Timelines.
As Below So Above The aim of Lower Astral Entities to negatively influence Higher Timelines from below.
Ascension Transcending the delusions of Lower Timelines and permanently moving to a higher state of consciousness.
Ascension Timelines Timelines associated with spiritual awakening, higher consciousness, and accelerated personal or collective evolution.
Assemblage Point A concept written about by Carlos Castaneda. It is the focal point within the human energy field (or luminous cocoon) where perception is “assembled.” (See also ‘Plait’ and ‘Kundalini’.)
Astral The realm of undifferentiated or semi-differentiated waveforms, memory, imagination, and dreams. A plane of potential where all ideas, images, and frequencies exist before physical manifestation. (See also ‘Ocean of Possibilities’.)
Astral Access The ability or permission to access the astral.
Astral Allies Friends on the astral plane. May or may not have a ‘physical’ counterpart. (See also ‘Guides’.)
Astral Beings Entities encountered in the astral realms, appearing in many forms.
Astral Bottlenecks Constricted areas or states within the astral realms where energy flow is slowed or blocked.
Astral Keys Symbols, frequencies, or insights that unlock access to specific realms in the astral plane.
Astral Parasites Non-physical entities that attach to a person’s energy field, feeding off low-frequency emotions such as fear, anger, or despair.
Astral Pirates Malicious or opportunistic entities that actively target and exploit astral travelers. They may attempt to siphon energy, steal information, or mislead individuals away from beneficial Timelines.
Astral Realms Levels of consciousness beyond the physical world, often divided into lower, middle, and higher astral planes.
Astral Safety Safety practices for navigating the astral. These include using a High Holy Name (Christ, Divine Love etc), meditating on the upper chakras, prudence when entering portals, and so on.
Astral Travel Purposefully navigating the astral realms, usually through meditation or visualization.
Atonement The process of restoring energetic harmony by acknowledging misalignments, releasing guilt or regret, and reintegrating oneself into a state of love and balance. In a Timeline context, atonement involves healing karmic patterns and correcting imbalances to align with higher-frequency Timelines. (See also ‘Great Solar Flash’.)
Attention Focused awareness, strengthening that which it is focused on.
Balancing Forces Universal, corrective forces that act to restore balance.
Beliefs Mental constructs that can restrict energetic flow, inhibit receiving, and keep individuals bound to Lower Timelines.
Bifurcation Point A critical moment where a single Timeline splits into two or more distinct paths.
Birth A construct, a narrative. A Timeline Jump to a Timeline with a new perceived arrangement of frequency known as a ‘person’. The person who is born is not arriving anywhere. Rather, we have jumped to a new Timeline where that person now exists. (See also ‘Person’ and ‘Death’.)
Blocked Timelines Timelines that have become inaccessible due to energetic resistance, unresolved patterns, or deliberate interference. A Blocked Timeline remains in potential but cannot be entered until the relevant frequency barrier is cleared.
Blocks to Receiving Internal resistances that stop us from fully welcoming wealth, opportunities, love, or energy.
Block Universe A view of reality where time is fixed within a four-dimensional block.
Body A set of ever-changing frequency perceptions within our Greater Being.
Breath The fundamental tool for Timeline Navigation. Inhaling, holding, and exhaling mirror the cycles of receiving, having, and giving. A dialogue with Spirit, informing Higher Intelligence of our chosen Timeline.
Broken Timelines Timelines which are abandoned before completion. (See also ‘Redundant Timelines’.)
Causal Loops Cyclic patterns of events that influence each other, creating self-contained loops of causality. (See also ‘Timeline Loops’.)
Causality The linear flow of events traditionally seen as cause and effect.
Causal Loophole A break or flaw in the causality of one Timeline that can be used to jump to another. (See also ‘Wormhole’.)
Chakra Bodily energy centers or energetic portals.
Changing Identity Altering personal appearance, name, or lifestyle habits to break old energetic patterns.
Chess A popular board game that acts as a metaphor for Timeline Wars and dimensions of SpaceTime. (See ‘Timeline Wars’ and ‘SpaceTime’.)
Choice Points Deliberate decisions that alter your Timeline trajectory.
Christ The highest frequency available to human beings. The collective higher consciousness of humanity. The frequency of supreme love. Simultaneous awareness of all individuated consciousnesses.
Chrono-Anomaly An unexpected event or phenomenon in time that doesn’t fit the known Timeline. (See also ‘Timeline Anomalies’.)
Chrono-Displacement Moving out of sync with one’s Primary Timeline, either forward, backward, or to a parallel one.
Chrono-Divergence The point at which Timelines start to diverge due to a significant event or choice, creating new branches where jumping could occur. (See also ‘Nodal Point’.)
Chrono-Echo Echoes or reverberations of events from one Timeline resonating into another. (See also ‘Timeline Loop’.)
Chrono-Lock A state or event where one Timeline is temporarily or permanently fixed. (See also ‘Time Pockets’.)
Chrono-Resonance When events, thoughts, or emotions resonate across Timelines.
Chrono-Signature A unique temporal imprint of an event or person on a Timeline. It may be used to trace or jump back to specific points in different Timelines.
Chrono-Slippage Small, often unnoticed shifts in time or reality, which cumulatively might result in a significant Timeline jump.
Chrono-Synchronization Aligning one’s frequency with another Timeline, essentially syncing up with a parallel reality’s time flow to facilitate a jump or shift.
Clairvoyance The ability to perceive information beyond ordinary senses. (See also ‘Akashic Records’.)
Clearing Statements Spoken or thought phrases used to release energy, beliefs, or emotional blockages.
Clinging Frequency A state of energetic contraction characterized by fear-driven hoarding or lack of generosity.
Coherence A state of inner harmony where thoughts, emotions, and actions align and one’s electromagnetic field is stable and efficient.
Collapse Timelines Timelines that merge back into others due to lack of energetic focus or alignment, effectively ceasing to exist.
Colors The visible aspects of sentient, conscious energetic entities.
Connecting with Loved Ones Across Timelines Expanding consciousness to connect with loved ones on other Timelines, particularly through dreams and visions.
Consciousness Living awareness.
Consciousness Transfer The idea of transferring one’s consciousness from one Timeline to another. (See also ‘Timeline Jumping’.)
Core Being The timeless, eternal Life that we are. The eternal and unchanging true self.
Crown Chakra The energy center located at the top of the head. It is associated with spiritual connection, divine guidance, and receiving.
Currency The flow of energy.
Death A narrative or construct. A perceptual metaphor for a Timeline Divergence. The person who appears to be ‘dead’ has not left our Timeline. Rather, we have moved to a new Timeline where that person exists as ‘memory’ rather than a perceptual arrangement of frequency. (See also ‘Birth’ and ‘Person’.)
Decluttering Tidying, organizing, and cleaning to heal Broken or Redundant Timelines.
Decree A formal, spoken or written statement of intent that commands reality to align with a specified outcome.
Déjà Vu and Timeline Splicing Déjà vu is often a sign of Timeline Splicing, where two closely parallel Timelines overlap. This sensation of reliving an experience indicates a brief, simultaneous awareness of both the current and the previous Timeline.
Deliberate or Intentional Stillness The practice of being still and quiet.
Demons Lower astral entities or their emanations. Parasitic programs.
Deserving A belief that ties worthiness or moral virtue to what we allow ourselves to receive.
Diagonal SpaceTime The perception of events from an external or third-person perspective, encompassing all that an object or person experiences across various Timelines.
Dimensional Anchoring The process of grounding oneself in a specific dimension.
Dimensional Bleed When aspects of one Timeline begin to seep into another, causing anomalies.
Dimensional Shift Similar to Timeline Jumping but involves moving between dimensions rather than just different time sequences within the same dimension.
Dimensional Synchronization The process of aligning one’s frequency with another dimension to facilitate a jump.
Dimensional Weave Various planes of reality woven together like threads in a cosmic tapestry.
Discernment The ability to distinguish between truth and illusion, higher and lower frequencies, or supportive and draining influences. In the context of Timeline Jumping and spiritual exploration, discernment involves carefully assessing energies, choices, and experiences to ensure alignment with one’s highest path and overall well-being.
Dissolution The process of releasing the ingrained belief in linear sequences of time and space; and more broadly, the act of letting go of constructs.
Dissolving Constructs A process of letting go of mental constructs, beliefs, and false paradigms.
Divergence Points (Choice Points) Key moments in time when decisions, actions, or inner shifts create distinct branches of possibility. These “forks in the road” can lead to vastly different Timelines.
Doors Perceptual metaphors for astral portals. (See ‘Portals’, ‘Access Points’, and ‘Threshold Magic’.)
Dreams Perceptual awareness of the astral whilst in a state of non-bodily-awareness. Perception of frequencies beyond our standard range.
Drugs Tools or gateways for energetic exchanges with entities or frequencies.
Echo Timelines Timelines that are similar but with slight variations, like echoes of each other.
Egregore A collective energetic entity or structure formed by shared belief and emotional investment. It may siphon energy and influence individuals’ behavior and choices. (See also ‘Tulpa’.)
Elevators Perceptual metaphors for astral linkages from Higher to Lower Timelines, or from Lower to Higher Timelines. (See also ‘Stairways’, ‘Frequency Bridges’, and ‘Access Points’.)
Embodiment The practice of fully inhabiting one’s physical body and being present in the Earthly realm. For Timeline Navigators, embodiment means bringing more of the Higher Self into the physical, integrating Spirit with the body, and grounding deeply into Earthly experiences rather than attempting to transcend or escape them.
Emotions Perception of energy movements that reflect our current frequency.
Energetic Balance The principle that energy naturally moves toward equilibrium. Imbalances in one realm or Timeline echo across others until restored.
Energetic Blockages An impediment of energetic flow.
Energetic Handlers Beings running consciousness suppression programs or energies assigned to specific individual Source Beings. Energetic Handlers can follow Source Beings across Timelines. (See also ‘Agents’.)
Energetic Harvesting The systemic or industrial extraction of human energy, often seen in societal structures.
Energetic Imbalance Unharmonious energies, often created by attributing too much importance to a situation.
Energetic Leakages Points where our life force dissipates due to unresolved emotions, recurring negative thoughts, toxic relationships, or neglected responsibilities. (Leakages can leave us susceptible to Energetic Harvesting.)
Energetic Portal A specific energy that facilitates access to different Timelines. (See also ‘Chakras’.)
Energetic Sovereignty The state of maintaining control over one’s energy and preventing it from being siphoned or harvested by external forces.
Energy The fundamental reality underlying all forms and structures.
Energy Center Healing A practice involving the release of stored memories and traumas within energy centers to restore balance and well-being.
Energy Centers Focal points of energy within the body that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. (See also ‘Chakras’.)
Entities Beings that exist on the astral planes and not in the physical. They may or may not be Source Beings. (See also ‘Demons’.)
Equanimity Calm detachment from both positive and negative events.
Event Horizon The boundary beyond which events cannot affect an observer. In a Timeline context, it refers to points where one Timeline diverges so far from another that crossing back becomes practically impossible.
Event Horizon of Possibility The theoretical boundary where all potential futures converge.
Evil Resistance to higher frequencies. An extreme denial of love.
Fate Threads Imagery of life paths or destinies as threads that can be followed, crossed, or switched.
Fear A low energetic vibration that anchors us to Lower Timelines. Contracted or withheld energy. Resistance to Love, or lack of faith in Love.
Financial Liberation A state of freedom from financial constraints and fear-based scarcity.
FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) An obsessive, emotional, or irrational belief that one is missing better opportunities elsewhere.
Forgiveness Dissolving energetic attachments and resistances, allowing love to flow without restriction. Releasing the illusion of “otherness.”
Fractals In the context of Timeline Jumping, these are repeating patterns of energy, events or themes on different scales, reflecting the fractal nature of reality. (See also ‘Mirror Effects’ and ‘Timeline Loops’.)
Frequency Vibrational state or energy pattern. The energetic vibration or rate at which someone’s emotional, mental, and spiritual states resonate. In the realm of Timeline Jumping, frequency is the key currency of movement — it determines which Timelines one can access, align with, and ultimately experience.
Frequency Bridges Energetic connections that link Timelines. (See ‘Stairways’, ‘Elevators’, and ‘Access Points’.)
Frequency Elevator An event, occurrence, thought, belief, or object that helps lift your frequency. (See also ‘Hook’.)
Frequency Matching Aligning frequency to that of another Timeline to transition into it.
Frequency Modulation A technique for varying the frequency of a wave, used metaphorically to adjust one’s vibrational state. This adjustment helps attune to a desired Timeline by aligning emotional, mental, and spiritual frequencies.
Frequency Streams Channels of matching frequencies that connect moments, places, and experiences across multiple Timelines.
Frequency Tuning The act of adjusting frequency to match that of another Timeline, akin to tuning a radio to a different station.
Galactic Council of Time An astral organization made up of higher intelligences, responsible for distributing keys and granting access. (See also ‘Octopi’ and ‘Mycelium’.)
Generosity (Giving Frequency) The open-hearted offering of time, energy, resources, actions, information, skills, or creativity.
Gold A powerful energetic amplifier and widely recognized currency.
Golden Bell A popular Golden Timeline Name and symbol.
Golden Timeline Our highest, most energetically potent available Timeline. Potential reality. (See also ‘Wealth Timeline’.)
Golden Timeline Name A personalized, three-word phrase that encapsulates the core feelings and qualities of our Golden Timeline.
Golden Snapshot A single, vivid mental image that captures the essence of our Golden Timeline. (The person should feature in the image.)
Gratitude One of the most powerful frequencies available to us. It acts as an energetic amplifier and resonance tool.
Great Solar Flash (’The Event’) A prophesized worldwide flash of white light that brings humanity to its knees. (See also ‘Atonement’.)
Grounding The process of connecting deeply with the Earth to stabilize and harmonize one’s energy.
Guides (Spirit Guides) Friends and allies existing on other planes of reality. They may or may not have a ‘physical’ counterpart. (See also ‘Astral Allies’.)
Hara (Japanese Energy Traditions) A vital energy center located in the lower abdomen, typically around two to three inches below the navel. Considered the physical and energetic core of a person. (See also ‘Core Being’.)
Harmonic Alignment A state of alignment with universal forces, where reality appears to “help” manifest your desires effortlessly.
Harmonic Timelines Timelines that resonate with harmonious frequencies, creating states of balance and ease.
Healing The dissolving of delusion.
Heaven Scent The specific scent of an individual’s Golden Timeline. The scent of the highest Timeline accessible to that person.
Helpfulness Influencing others positively by focusing on their needs, resulting in a win-win dynamic.
Here-Now Absolute reality, healed of SpaceTime illusions.
High Holy Name A name or phrase used as a protective tool in the astral realms, aligning the traveler with high vibrational energies and warding off lower entities.
High Magic Advanced spiritual practices that consciously engage with universal principles, subtle energies, and the fabric of reality. High Magic transcends common ritualistic methods, focusing instead on direct alignment with Spirit.
Higher Astral A light-filled, beautiful, and serene sector of the astral, resonating with higher frequencies of peace, love, and joy.
Higher Blueprint An overarching energetic template or master design for one’s highest potential existence.
Higher Intelligence Divine Intelligence. (See also ‘Unlimited Mind’.)
Higher Timelines Timelines with more Love resonance. (See also ‘Lower Timelines’. For Timelines closer to Source, see ‘Deeper Timelines’.)
Deeper Timelines Timelines closer to Source, representing higher frequencies and more aligned states of being.
Hook An event, belief, emotion, thought, or object that acts to lift you up to a Higher Timeline when focused upon. (See also ‘Anchor’.)
Human Magic The conscious use of words, symbols, thoughts, and intentions to influence perception and experience.
Imagination Visions with constructed stories attached. Sampling of potential frequency experiences. (See also ‘Visions’ and ‘Memory’.)
Importance Attachment to specific outcomes, beliefs, or ideas. Believing one thing is more important than other things.
Imprinted Timelines Timelines influenced by energetic imprints left by significant events or individuals.
Income Set Point (Financial Safe Zone) The subconscious comfort level with holding or receiving a certain amount of money.
Inner Sun A bright inner light, seen with the third eye, that represents spiritual awareness and truth. (Known as ‘jhana nimitta’ by the Theravada Buddhists.)
Innocence The essence of life which remains unchanged and unaffected by our illusions.
Intention The focused direction of thought and energy towards a desired outcome.
Interbeing A concept of interconnectedness, recognizing that all beings and energies influence one another.
Interdimensional Guidance Support or insight obtained from entities, guides, or aspects of your higher self that exist outside linear time and traditional 3D reality.
Invisibility A state achieved when one’s frequency rises above the ordinary perceptual range.
Jamais Vu The sensation of encountering something familiar, yet it feels completely unfamiliar or strange. The opposite of déjà vu. A commonly experienced Timeline Jump symptom.
Judgments Constructs which may block receiving.
Kairos The qualitative aspect of time — moments of alignment, opportunity, and heightened influence. (See also ‘Unlimited Time’.)
Karma A morally neutral energetic principle of cause and effect spanning multiple Timelines. (See also ‘Energetic Balance’.)
Karma Loop A cycle where one’s actions in one Timeline affect their circumstances in another, suggesting karmic continuity across Timelines. (See also ‘Timeline Loop’.)
Knowing The experience of Truth as it unfolds in the moment, beyond constructed beliefs and societal conditioning.
Kundalini A concept originating in ancient Indian spiritual traditions. It refers to the primal, divine energy residing at the base of the spine, in the root chakra (muladhara). (See also ‘Plait’ and ‘Assemblage Point’.)
Latency The time delay between a change in frequency and its manifestation in physical reality.
Letting Go The act of releasing attachments, beliefs, ideas, goals, and ambitions that may be keeping us stuck on less optimal paths.
Limited Mind A habituated, restrictive mindset formed from conditioned beliefs and assumptions.
Limited Reality A perception of existence governed by linear cause and effect, societal constraints, and fear-based thinking.
Limits to Receiving Internal ceilings we place on how much abundance, money, energy, love, or opportunity we can accept.
Linear Time The perception of time as a straight line moving from a finite past to a finite future.
Living in the Question Cultivating a questioning mind to maintain a state of flow and openness.
Loosh Negative human emotions and energy when it is food for lower astral forces.
Love The ultimate reality. The foundational essence of all energy and life.
Lower Astral Sectors of the astral characterized by lack of Love resonance.
Lower Astral Beings / Entities / Emanations Beings or emanations existing on the Lower Astral. (See also ‘Demons’.)
Lower Timelines Timelines with less Love resonance. (See also ‘Higher Timelines’.)
Lucid Dream A state of dreaming where the dreamer is aware they are dreaming and can control the dream or their actions within it.
Lucid Timeline Jumping Intentional and consciously aware Timeline Jumps.
Magic Magic may mean the manipulation of energy through perception and attention — anything that changes our consciousness (see ‘Human Magic’) — or it may mean the healing forces of Spirit (see ‘Spirit’).
Mandela Effect A phenomenon where groups of people remember events differently than recorded history.
Mantra A word, phrase, or sound repeated to attune the mind to higher frequencies. Mantras serve as vibrational keys that calm mental chatter, stabilize focus, and facilitate deeper states of consciousness. Within Timeline Jumping, mantras assist in achieving resonance with desired realities.
Many-Worlds Interpretation A quantum mechanics interpretation proposed by Hugh Everett, suggesting that all possible alternate histories and futures are real, each representing an actual “world” or “universe.”
Matrix Societal power structures and collectively agreed-upon systems of belief that seek to shape our understanding of reality. An artificial overlay on the natural world.
Matrix Blueprint The socially conditioned template that dictates conventional life choices, values, and definitions of success.
Meditation A practice of quieting the mind and tuning into deeper levels of consciousness.
Memory Visions with constructed stories attached. Sampling of potential frequency experiences. (See also ‘Imagination’ and ‘Visions’.)
Metacognitive Awareness The ability to observe, understand, and direct one’s own thought processes.
Mid-Astral (or Middle Astral) An astral realm which is similar to Earth with familiar landscapes and structures, but with a more fluid and open feel.
Mind-Walls Mental boundaries created by beliefs, fears, and dogmas that restrict perception and limit consciousness.
Miracle A profound shift in perception, from delusion to Truth.
Mirror Effects Recurring traumatic or dramatic events that reflect a core energetic imbalance or disruption. (See also ‘Poverty Mirror Effects’.)
Mirror Principle The idea that reality reflects your internal state, and changing your inner world transforms your outer world.
Mirror Work A self-reflective practice that involves facing yourself directly in a mirror and using the visual connection to connect with Parallel Selves.
Money A construct commonly used to symbolize energy. A perceptual tool for energetic exchanges.
Morphic Field Connection Patterns of energy stored in a collective morphic (or morphogenetic) field.
Multidimensionality The concept that reality is not confined to a single dimension of time or space but instead encompasses multiple layers, realms, or streams of causality.
Multiverse The idea of multiple, possibly infinite, universes or Timelines, each with its own distinct reality. It underpins the idea that numerous Timelines coexist simultaneously.
Mycelium The collective, higher intelligence of mushrooms. A member of the Galactic Council of Time. (See also ‘Galactic Council of Time’ and ‘Octopi’.)
Nexus Points Critical junctures in time where choices lead to significant divergences in Timelines.
Nightmares Dreams which contain an element of fear or other low-vibrational emotion. They can be a symptom of attack or cleansing.
Nine Worlds Maps of the astral created by the Viking Shamans.
Nodal Points Physical locations with astral counterparts where multiple Timelines intersect. (See also ‘Access Points’.)
Non-Locality A principle that implies no fixed spatial or temporal distance between cause and effect.
Not-Doing A concept derived from shamanic and spiritual traditions (notably Carlos Castaneda) that involves breaking habitual patterns by deliberately refraining from one’s normal reactions.
Observer The role of the conscious self in choosing Timelines by maintaining awareness and detachment.
Observer Effect In quantum mechanics, the principle that observing a system can alter its state. In Timeline Jumping, it implies that conscious observation can influence and stabilize a particular Timeline into reality.
Ocean of Possibilities The realm of undifferentiated or semi-differentiated waveforms, memory, imagination, and dreams. A plane of potential where all ideas, images, and frequencies exist before physical manifestation. (See also ‘Astral’.)
Octopi Complex intelligences serving on the Galactic Council of Time, responsible for decisions involving Timeline Access and keys. (See also ‘Galactic Council of Time’ and ‘Mycelium’.)
One Mind The concept that all existence is a single, interconnected consciousness continuously communicating with itself.
Pain An energetic imbalance or discordant frequency.
