thank you for this. yesterday I was to read poetry in some poetry festival. they didn't call me up, I felt disappointed. now I know it wasn't meant for me.

I want to write more but lately I have more blocks than creative bursts.

sometimes I dream of travelling the world. reading poetry.

I'm glad my article was relevant to you. Writing with flow is about getting out of our own way. You might find the 10-minute-a-day challenge helpful. Set a time for 10 minutes and write the whole time - doesn't matter WHAT you write, just write. It can be nonsense. Write, I'm sitting here at my desk I have no clue what to write, the sky is blue, the trees are green... etc. Do it for a whole year and you'll never look back. You'll probably end up writing much more than 10 minutes a day.

O!O!O, keeper! you have inspired me. Pretty much no one will read my poetry, so why not go to read it myself, recording, at different locales ("traveling the world").

this put a smile on my face. poetry heals the soul. poetry is life itself.

This is a great plan! Poetry is best when read out. I also love poetry, very much so.

Inspiring challenge. I wrote this this morning, may do "how we live now" vignettes.

==>At the parking-lot entrance of my usual market, the produce merchants have constructed a large attractive mounded display of hay bales and fresh, colorful pumpkins, advertising the plentiful seasonal merchandise for sale.

When checking out today, I asked the young grocery clerk if she was enjoying the fine autumn weather. She said yes, it made her want to take a trip somewhere she could pick out her own pumpkin. She was going to look on the internet to find a place where they let you do that.<==

Love it! This is a great practice - a wonderful way of tuning into people and observing.
