The Twelve Laws of Frequency

Fundamentals of Timeline Mechanics

Introduction

Everything is frequency. The world of form and structure is frequency in a particular arrangement. The Twelve Laws of Frequency are descriptions of how frequency operates metaphysically. These are the foundation of all Timeline work. It’s helpful if we can commit these laws to memory, and understand them properly. This may require contemplation.

Law 1 — All frequency is a command.

Nothing we think, feel, believe, or broadcast goes unregistered. The field isn’t selective. It doesn’t filter out the frequencies we emit unconsciously or wish we hadn’t sent. It receives everything and responds accordingly. We are always in conversation with energy, whether we intend to be or not.

Law 2 — Frequency matches frequency.

Like calls to like across the Ocean of All. What we are is what finds us. It is not about what we want or what we ask for or believe we deserve. It’s about what we are at the level of frequency. The field doesn’t play favourites. It simply matches. The question we must ask ourselves is, What am I transmitting?

Law 3 — We are the frequency we perceive.

This law dissolves the boundary between observer and observed. We can’t perceive a frequency without being that frequency. The act of perception and the act of being are not two separate events. This means the world we see isn’t happening to us from outside. It is a reflection of what we are. The observer and the observed are one.

Law 4 — Lighter energy is higher, heavier energy is lower.

Fear is heavy. Love is light. Guilt contracts. Gratitude expands. These are energetic realities with measurable consequences for which Timelines we attune to. The work of Timeline Navigation is in large part the work of lightening. It is about releasing the dense frequencies that anchor us to lower streams. And it is about cultivating the lighter ones that open us to higher ground. To rise is to lighten. To lighten is to rise.

Law 5 — There are frequencies beyond our ordinary range of perception.

The visible spectrum is a narrow band. Most of what exists is beyond it. We perceive a thin slice of the frequency field available to us. There are dimensions of experience that are invisible to ordinary awareness. They vibrate outside our current perceptual range. Some are too dense for us to register. Others are too subtle.

Law 6 — Awareness of higher frequency, whilst allowing the lower, neutralizes polarity and lifts the lower.

This law is about the simultaneous holding of both the higher and the lower. We allow the lower frequency its full existence without fighting it. We don’t amplify it through resistance. At the same time, we bring our awareness to the higher. In that simultaneous holding, polarity loses its grip. The lower is lifted. This is the alchemical principle at the heart of all genuine healing. It is transmutation.

Law 7 — We are both transmitters and receivers. It’s impossible to transmit frequency without also receiving that frequency.

Every frequency we send out into the field we also receive back. This means we always receive the energy we direct toward others. There is no transmission without reception. This is why being generous feels good and being cruel feels horrible. We are always, without exception, receivers of our own broadcasting.

Law 8 — Wanting and resisting are the same thing, and both push away what is desired.

Wanting broadcasts the frequency of absence. It tells the field that the thing is not here. Resisting broadcasts the frequency of what is being resisted. It holds it in place through the energy of opposition. Both are forms of attention paid to what we do not want to be experiencing. The field answers what we are transmitting, not what we intend. We must instead attune to the frequency of already having that which we desire.

Law 9 — Receiving and having are frequencies which draw in that which is desired.

If wanting and resisting push away, receiving and having draw in. The frequency of receiving is open, relaxed, present, unguarded. The frequency of having is settled, quiet, already complete. When we attune to these states, the field responds. We attune to the Timeline in which that which we desire to receive and have already exists.

Law 10 — Latency contracts as we go higher.

There is usually a delay between frequency and its physical expression. This delay is latency. The denser the frequency we are operating in, the longer the delay. The higher the frequency we are immersed in, the clearer our signal is. The less distortion there is, the shorter the delay. At the highest frequencies, latency approaches zero. Some great healers have erased latency entirely.

Law 11 — The question expands, and the answer limits.

A question opens the field. It signals that we are in a state of receptivity rather than closed around a fixed position. An answer closes. It collapses the wave of possibility into a single particle of conclusion.

Law 12 — Importance is always neutralized.

The field corrects for excess importance the way a gyroscope corrects for imbalance. Whatever we grip too tightly, the field works to loosen. That which we inflate will eventually be brought back to proportion. The Field maintains equilibrium.
