Healing Voice
Our voices are expressions of Spirit
Our voice is the expression of Spirit and breath through our physical self.
Voices can manifest as high, constrained, tight, squeaky, cracky, harsh, quiet, wavering, fast, slow, or booming. These signify unhealed aspects of self.
An excessively booming voice might stem from disbelief in being heard. Growing up in a competitive family for energy could lead to a loud voice. Try speaking more quietly and trusting your needs will be met.
A wavering voice often results from an energy field distortion called 'self-pity'. Its root is lack of trust or faith in having needs fulfilled. Those with this distortion might seek energy externally instead of from Source.
'Up-talking', a cultural trend of making everything a question, serves to distance from the gravity of what's said. It also reflects Relativism - a belief in no Absolute Reality, where everything is up for debate.
A shaky or wavering voice can also reveal lack of grounding and stability, a sign of insufficient roots.
Sometimes, people seem to speak too slowly. This is usually the fault of the perceiver, not the speaker. Speaking slowly is a positive thing. An overly hesitant or stammering speaker, however, indicates a lack of trust, in oneself or others.
Speaking excessively often signifies discomfort with silence. It's the mind disconnected from the heart, attempting to divert from the reality of spirit. It may also amount to an energy grab - monopolizing the attention of others. This is why it becomes draining to be around!
Occasionally, speaking in excessively high-pitched voice could be a denial of masculine energy. Speaking in an overly low-pitched voice might be a denial of feminine energy. When there's a mismatch of voice with the physical embodiment, we find it particularly uncomfortable.
Ideal voice
Let your voice originate from your heart. Whether speaking, singing, or writing, observe where your voice emerges within you.
Ideally, the voice should be lilting and musical, though not pretentiously so. A 'flat' voice, lacking intonation or variation, is unpleasant to the ear and could be dull. It may indicate a lack of connection to spirit and a despondent or depressive perspective.
A truly heart-centered and healed individual will weave healing enchantments with their voice. Their words will be thoughtfully chosen, yet flowing and natural, always expressing truth. Their voice will be sonorous, moderated, calm, rich, musical, and delightfully pleasing to the ear.

I have been working on my voice with meditation on certain parts of myself that r not grounded and lo n behold my voice has changed 😀 I feel more confident also... I feel that my sudden illness had a lot to do with a shaky voice and healing myself physically and emotionally had a lot to do with it... thx for putting this out there back when U did. 💚
