Healing Over-Weightness
Dissolving compounding energetic loops
Over-weightness can be a reflection of the need for grounding, or an attempt to anchor deeper into density, denial of emotion, or about protection from sexuality (our own or others). It may be about making ourselves bigger, or an over-reliance on the pleasure of food.
One way to combat the over-reliance on the pleasure of food is to deeply feel the pleasure of hunger. Most of us are trained to perceive hunger as unpleasant & to avoid it. We can rewire ourselves to enjoy being hungry. Hunger should be felt every day.
The other trick is to slow down when eating and fully feel the moment. We can slow down so much more than we think. We may use food as a device to deny the moment, which is then reflected in a body that doesn't reflect our highest blueprint.
Food should be chosen by the body and Spirit, not by the mind. The mind loves complicated food rules and regulations, all of which serve to separate us from our instincts. The best dietary advice comes from our ancestors. Consult them if you need guidance.
If we have a disharmonious relationship with food, it's likely tied up with our relationship with our mother. Healing our mother wound can help heal our food wound and vice versa.
Pay attention to the colors of the foods you eat, crave, or dislike. As we eat, we can also draw energy from the colors to heal us on other levels.
Food also has a role in Timeline Mechanics. A pot of soup that reminds you of your childhood may help heal that timeline. Another dish may help you connect with your future or parallel self, or with ancestors or descendants. Pay attention to traditional family dishes & ritual.
Another reason we may overeat (or drink) & become overweight is attempting to close down the throat chakra. If our mouths are full, and food is going down our throats, we are unable to speak and express to our fullest. We may ask ourselves why we want to silence ourselves?
We may also resist exercise & movement because we are afraid of loosening our energy or emotions & having to process them. We may have been told we were 'good' for being still as a child. We may be stuck in energetic freeze mode. Physical movement will free us on many levels.
Prayer or blessings before eating have traditionally helped us remember gratitude & Spirit before we eat. When this is missing, we may eat without Presence, or with anger, or for the wrong reasons. The more we bring our awareness to Spirit (Love) the more we will heal fatness.
Overweightness can also be tied to shame. Shame is an insidious frequency because it self-perpetuates. We are ashamed of being fat so we eat more to hide from the shame. The way to break out of this is to accept what is. Release resistance to/judgment of where you are now.
However fat or thin you are, you are an expression of Divine Perfection. As you develop a more harmonious relationship with what is, healing your relationship to food & body, you will release stuck energy on many levels. Blessings on your journey, beautiful being.
Portion distortion is another common reason for being overweight. Obviously, this suits food sellers. We can retrain ourselves to eat smaller amounts by remembering our child selves when we eat, and what they would think about the size of what we're eating.
Over-eating may also be a refusal to accept alpha status. The alpha dog in a pack doesn't scoff or hoard their food because they are clear they will always have more. They usually leave a little for the other members. The beta dog eats as much as they can, whenever they can.
Over-eating results from a belief in scarcity and the mistaken idea that more food equals more pleasure.
Two things to fix this are:
Truly understand that food is infinite.
Eat consciously, with awareness, and fully enjoy every bite to the maximum.
Weight gain, or the inability to lose weight, may be a physical representation of compounding energetic loops/time loops happening on many planes of reality.
To communicate to your body that you are no longer in the weight-gain or overweight loop, ask it to do something unexpected (take anomalous action). For example, fast, try a new form of exercise, get a massage - just do something to surprise it, to break it out of its pattern.
You may also return to a form of exercise, food, or set of habits that worked for you when you've been previously thin and fit. This will communicate the message to your body to be as it was then.
