Healing Death
How to rewrite our deaths
We carry our deaths with us. Take a moment, close your eyes. How do you picture your end? What will the sensation be like? What do you perceive? What emotions arise? Are these queries challenging?
Most people tie emotions to thoughts of their demise and would rather avoid pondering what I just asked. It might trigger sorrow and/or apprehension. It might also evoke yearning, craving, eagerness, excitement. All emotions hold validity.
Can you sit awhile and permit feelings to flow? If emotions seem adverse, can you seek Spirit's aid to transmute them? Begin by asking Spirit to dissolve your constructs about death, its nature, and your own passing.
Request Spirit to cleanse your demise, liberate it from emotions and constructs. Death is enshrouded in enigma. It's the Grand Unveiling. We cannot fathom, yet we can allow.
And we can opt. Most sense 'death' as choice. Where do we journey? What follows?
Will judgment befall? Confusion, loss, dismay? Amnesia & deep slumber? Entrapment in soul's cycle? Family, Jesus, God? Hell's embrace? Ideas swarm! Countless as stars above.
Can you release notions in this serene, everlasting juncture? You are Life & naught else. Life entails free will. As death nears, elect Love. Make that choice Here-Now & heal demise.
Now rewrite your Death. Carry it as a beaming star, a graceful white bird. Carry it light as a feather, tender, buoyant. A companion, paramour, mentor, comrade. Your call. Your verdict.
Whatever you chose, Beloved Soul, choose Love.

I don't fear death for myself... I have been there, not once but twice and I must say it was peaceful ... I experienced darkness with stars everywhere, it was beautiful. What I do worry about r all my children (grandchildren) IDK when I'll travel on but it's important to think my Gkids will carry on with my love, take heed with my guidance so that they may carry on with their love to handle life in a good way after I'm gone.
