A few tips

• To draw Divine Energy into your field, reach up with both hands above your head and pull down towards the crown like you are pulling on ropes. To make this even more powerful, imagine they are ropes making bells ring.

• To cleanse unwanted energy from your field, push it away with both hands, fast, up and down and all around. To get stuck energy moving, wiggle your fingers fast through your field, up and down, like you are breaking up cobwebs.

• To steady yourself and feel extra-protected before you enter a strange or busy place, use the flats of your hands to draw a 360-degree outline, up and down and all around, emphasising your own boundaries.

• To heal someone or something, use both hands to pull their energy towards your heart and then back to them as transmuted, healed energy. This can be done from any distance.

• Pointing at someone is bad manners because this has traditionally been used to send bad energy, so never do this. If you need to point out someone, hold an open hand upwards.

• Rubbing the insides of the wrists together until you feel heat can be an excellent way to build up energy before doing other loving, healing spells.
